Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient scheduling and appointments across multiple phone lines
  • Collect and maintain new patient information; track patient referrals
  • Provide information to patients; facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
  • Document and send reports to physicians
  • Process payments and verify insurance details
  • Handle paperwork for billing companies
  • Respond to phone inquiries, serving as a liaison for patients
  • Coordinate patient schedules, including evaluations and appointment reminders
  • Utilize our marketing leads management system for follow-ups
  • Support the daily operations of the clinic

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a medical environment preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with insurance billing is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, integrity, and empathy for those in discomfort
  • Ability to manage interactions with patience, communicate effectively, and multitask
  • Availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday
