Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments across multiple phone lines
- Collect and maintain new patient information; track patient referrals
- Provide information to patients; facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Document and send reports to physicians
- Process payments and verify insurance details
- Handle paperwork for billing companies
- Respond to phone inquiries, serving as a liaison for patients
- Coordinate patient schedules, including evaluations and appointment reminders
- Utilize our marketing leads management system for follow-ups
- Support the daily operations of the clinic
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical environment preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with insurance billing is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, integrity, and empathy for those in discomfort
- Ability to manage interactions with patience, communicate effectively, and multitask
- Availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday
