  • Protect resident files and data with confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA standards.
  • Perform proficiently in all competency areas, including patient rights and safety and sanitation.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
