Job Responsibilities:

The primary role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within ambulatory facilities through various tasks, including:
  • Polishing and cleaning lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and decorative trim.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
  • Sweeping and vacuuming floors to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Dusting furniture and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Washing walls, ceilings, and woodwork as necessary.
  • Cleaning windows, door panels, and sills for optimal visibility.
  • Emptying waste receptacles and transporting waste to disposal areas.
  • Restocking bathroom supplies to ensure availability.
  • Transporting small equipment or tools as needed.
  • Consistent transportation to various client locations is required.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a medical or religious exemption is granted.
  • Experience in janitorial services is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in medical cleaning is a plus.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a post-offer medical examination, background check, and drug screening.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include the ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs is necessary. Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus are required, with or without corrective lenses.

Work Environment:

Employees may encounter fumes or airborne particles during their duties. The noise level is generally quiet, but exposure to moving mechanical parts may occur. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions of the job.
