Job Summary

We are a leading provider of appliance repair services, and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our team. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of residential appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers
  • Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
  • Provide exceptional and timely customer service
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • 2 years' experience as an in-home service provider required
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Computer skills required
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds required

Work Environment
