Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic Technician to join our team at Oscar's Tire Pros. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex automotive diagnostic, repair, and maintenance procedures on customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic tests using advanced tools and equipment to identify and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engines, brakes, transmissions, and other critical systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective workflow, and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in automotive repair preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive repair, with a strong focus on diagnostic and repair techniques.
  • Working knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and computerized systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
