Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our products and services to customers, including our rewards program, credit cards, and protection plans.
  • Checkout Experience: Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience for all customers, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Merchandise Duties: Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, maintaining a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
