Community Care Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Providence Sound HomeCare & Hospice Enhanced Response, providing care and support to individuals in the community. About the Role:

This full-time position will involve working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with our clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
* Current licensure/certification to practice as an SLP in Washington state
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
