Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Services Supervisor to join our team at Semios. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our agricultural technology solutions at various customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and guidance to on-site field staff to ensure high-quality installation and maintenance of our technology solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor employee productivity and performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and submit quality assurance reports to management.
  • Facilitate communication between management and field staff, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Travel to various work sites daily, troubleshooting and maintaining sensors and equipment as needed.
  • Operate company vehicles and ATVs, transporting equipment to project sites.
  • Assist in operational support tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our field operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with commercial tree fruit operations and a background in agriculture is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • A flexible schedule and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
