Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant facilities, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and adhering to strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all established plant procedures and protocols.
  • Operate equipment and follow processes to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • May be required to work on a computer and perform data entry tasks.
  • May be required to drive a forklift and operate other heavy machinery.
  • Responsible for product quality assessments and adherence to product specifications.
  • Follow safety protocols when working with chemicals and hazardous materials.
  • Execute sampling procedures per established requirements to maintain company quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Must be able to obtain pesticide application certification and work with various types of machinery.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
Requirements
  • GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years' experience in processing and/or agricultural operations beneficial.
