  • Administering income and expense accounts
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports derived from income and expenditure records
  • Monitoring the organization's financial health based on fiscal data
  • Managing tax filings and other financial responsibilities
  • Implementing and supervising financial and accounting software utilized by the organization

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks, and data entry
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and procedures, particularly GAAP
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet management
  • Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ADP systems is advantageous
