Job Title: Bilingual Claims Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect facts about accidents and investigate claim details
  • Collect statements from involved parties
  • Provide patient, supportive, and attentive service to policyholders
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Solid computer multitasking skills
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
