This position also encompasses responsibilities as a Teller, executing transactions within the branch and drive-thru, while upholding trust and integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Engagement

  • Prepare thoroughly for client interactions
  • Inquire about client objectives to comprehend their financial aspirations
  • Advise on Seacoast Bank offerings tailored to client needs
  • Effectively finalize sales and solicit referrals
  • Remain informed about industry developments and technological advancements

Operational Duties

  • Execute transactions and manage account updates
  • Adhere to banking regulations and security protocols
  • Maintain ethical standards when presenting additional offerings
  • Balance cash drawer and address client inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
