Description

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Proactively support financial advisors and assist with efficient and high-quality client service. Coordinate and perform a range of support and operational responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  1. Assist financial advisors with client service, ad hoc requests and marketing efforts
  2. Prepare reports by performing basic information gathering and analysis as directed
  3. Manage Branch Touchpoints system to ensure timely customer contacts and reviews
  4. Complete workflow tasks for client review meetings
  5. Review available RJFS marketing materials and initiate creative opportunities for client correspondence
  6. Stay up to date and trained on latest available technology available from RJ
  7. Handle incoming client service requests in a friendly and timely manner
  8. Cross train on other operational functions and perform back-up in these areas as needed
  9. Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments
  10. Assist in planning and coordinating various client events
  11. Document all client activity and notes for proper relationship management using CRM
  12. Attend various training sessions as necessary
  13. Staff is required to be flexible with their weekly hours due to workflow and other unique situations that may arise
  14. Complete all initial and annual training requirements as outlined by ASBT and RJFS
  15. Interact daily on the phone, in person and electronically with prospective and existing clientele
  16. Perform all other duties as required, consistent with the goals, objectives and responsibilities of the department
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in financial, accounting or marketing industries
  2. Working knowledge of investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry preferred
  3. Ability to conduct relationships with co-workers, customers, the community and overall public in a manner which will enhance the bank's image and comprehensive marketing effort
  4. Strong initiative, willingness to learn, hardworking and positive attitude
  5. Strong ability to work independently
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  7. Attention to detail, organization, and time management
  8. Ability to closely monitor details and ensure that reports, correspondence and databases are accurate
  9. Desire to be a part of a continuous learning environment, incorporating feedback and adapting to changes
  10. Building meaningful connections and long-lasting relationships with clients
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  12. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
