Job Overview

Jireh Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Photolithography Equipment Engineer to enhance equipment functionality and prevent quality concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee equipment installations and upgrades, analyzing design specifications and recommending design changes or substitutions as needed.
  • Evaluate and diagnose problems, making timely repairs and improvements, and working with shift technicians and field support vendors to isolate and solve issues.
  • Serve as a first-line resource for routine malfunctions, helping repair down tools and providing technical direction.
  • Train shift technicians in routine maintenance of equipment and advise them on corrective actions for malfunctions and specification changes.
  • Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports.
  • Prepare written technical reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry, materials science, or a related field; MS or PhD preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in Photo ASML scanner tools, with XT line experience preferred.
  • Strong technical capability, ability to troubleshoot system problems to board level, and analyze equipment schematics for advanced troubleshooting of complex problems.
