Position Summary:
We are in search of a strategic and seasoned Director of People Operations to spearhead our People Operations division. This critical role is essential for developing and executing our people strategy, aimed at cultivating a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce. The Director will manage all HR functions, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and growth of the recruitment team, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Evaluate and enhance the talent acquisition strategy to secure highly qualified candidates for all positions.
  • Establish a talent pipeline for key roles to attract a diverse range of top candidates.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and implement improvements in HR processes.
  • Guide and mentor the People Operations team, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.
  • Act as the primary Executive Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding executive-level talent.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support organizational objectives and ensure legal compliance.
  • Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Administration or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a management role overseeing talent acquisition and other HR functions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • In-depth knowledge of US Human Resources laws, practices, and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels of staff and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under varying deadlines.
  • Proven ability to foster collaborative teamwork and build strong relationships.
  • In-house recruitment experience is essential.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
