About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at Gallagher. As a Claims Adjuster, you will play a critical role in analyzing and resolving complex Commercial Auto and Heavy Trucking claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and damages
  • Develop and implement effective claims strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Communicate with claimants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve claims handling
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in claims adjusting, preferably in Commercial Auto and Heavy Trucking
  • Active Adjusters' licenses in TX and FL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
