Your Opportunity:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Shuttle Driver. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and a passion for creating lasting impressions for our guests. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing transportation to guests in the local area while sharing your knowledge about the hotel and its amenities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Enhance guests' experiences by offering exceptional service and a warm welcome
  • Assist guests with their luggage and ensure a comfortable ride
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions and provide recommendations
  • Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and in good working order
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized guest experiences
  • Support lobby attendants in maintaining a tidy entrance area
  • Exceed guest expectations by going above and beyond in service

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role with significant guest interaction
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Physical ability to stand and move quickly as needed
  • Desire to positively impact the experiences of others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
