Job Overview:
A well-established AV-rated law firm in North Dallas is in search of a reliable, self-driven, and meticulously organized Legal Assistant. This role is essential for supporting our legal team in various capacities, ensuring smooth operations within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
- Maintain proficiency in electronic court filings for both state and federal jurisdictions.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience in litigation within a law firm setting.
- Familiarity with collection, lien, and bond processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the litigation process and rules of procedure.
- Exceptional secretarial skills, including grammar and proofreading abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
