About the Job:

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven individual to join our team at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center. As a Behavior Technician/RBT, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality therapy services to clients with ASD and TBIs
* Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to travel and work in Oakland County
* Onboarding documents, resume, and up-to-date negative TB test
* Credentialing documentation and state requirements

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
