About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Yugo. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and enhancements to our properties.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of maintenance professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with residents by providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to their maintenance requests.
  • Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience, including HVAC experience and supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) and Carbon Literacy Certification.
  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers, including word processing, calendar management, and property management software.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
