We are seeking a seasoned Talent & Process Consultant to join our team at Octapharma Plasma, Inc.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive business growth and success. As a Talent & Process Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to inform talent decisions and succession planning.

You will work closely with our HR team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports, collect and analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize talent processes.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, an HSA, EAP, wellness program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
