Job Title: Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Koger Home Care LLC. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance book reviews, admission visits, and caregiver skills training. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, conducting basic caregiver skills training, and providing check-off evaluations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing quality assurance book reviews to ensure caregivers are following the care plan.
  • Conduct admission visits and follow-up visits to meet with new enrolled clients and family members.
  • Develop and implement care plans for clients.
  • Conduct basic caregiver skills training and provide check-off evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nursing license with the state of South Carolina.
  • Must receive a negative TB test, negative Drug Test, and pass a criminal background check.
  • 2-years of home care, home health, public health, or long-term care nursing experience.
  • Be willing to travel to clients' homes and conduct home visits.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with proof of valid auto insurance.
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
