We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations.
- Observe patient conditions, record significant reactions, and notify supervisors or physicians as needed.
- Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to detect deviations from normal.
- May make beds, bathe, and feed patients, as needed.
- May serve as a leader for a group of personnel rendering nursing care to multiple patients.
- Additional RN duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A valid and current RN license issued by the State of South Carolina.
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
- Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50 miles away.
