Position Summary: The Culinary Service Cashier plays a vital role in managing operations within a bustling food truck environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to organize scheduling, staffing, procurement, and documentation of all operational activities.
  • Track sales performance, engage with social media platforms, and oversee daily operational tasks.
  • Work alongside partners to ensure compliance with all health regulations and operational guidelines at various locations.
  • Coordinate with team members to manage orders, food preparation, process enhancements, and provide valuable insights into current practices.
  • Meet at designated locations, participate in event services, and assist in the thorough cleaning of the food truck for subsequent shifts.
  • During peak times, assist in taking and serving food and beverage orders.
  • Ensure completion of all required checklists and help stock the service area with necessary supplies such as utensils, bags, condiments, and to-go containers.
  • Support the preparation of food items prior to service.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Inform customers about menu offerings and their preparation.
  • Maintain familiarity with the menu, including food preparation methods, to educate both staff and customers.
  • Ensure the food truck is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
