Job Overview

At Onural Group, we're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables, using a range of cooking techniques and equipment.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, ensuring a well-organized and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Assume responsibility for the quality, food safety, and timeliness of products served.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a Line Cook, with a minimum of 2 years of experience required.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and attention to detail.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks, with a focus on teamwork and communication.
