Job Title: Maintenance Superintendent

Timber Products Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the maintenance activities of its Particleboard mill in Medford, OR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime
  • Coordinate and assign work schedules for maintenance personnel
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs using CMMS
  • Design and develop new equipment or modify existing equipment to meet production needs
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by communicating and managing company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in production management, engineering, or other technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a wood products or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and ability to read blueprints
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
