The ideal candidate will possess an active bar license in Illinois and bring a minimum of 10 years of significant experience in employment litigation, adeptly handling cases before administrative bodies as well as defense litigation in both federal and state courts.
The successful applicant should demonstrate a robust history of drafting Motions for Summary Judgment pertinent to employment law. While expertise in labor law is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Candidates must exhibit strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a profound dedication to client service.
