Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Family Dollar DC. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are stocked with the correct merchandise based on individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and pack merchandise from multiple levels in a fast and efficient manner to meet and/or exceed production standards.
  • Ensure the correct merchandise is shipped to the correct store based on store orders and meets and/or exceeds set quality standards.
  • Operate equipment (voice command headset) and/or use paper pick documents to process store orders.
  • Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Communicate effectively with Sign Out Clerk to maintain a consistent workflow.
  • Monitor equipment to maintain production workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Fulfill stocking duties as time permits.
  • Follow set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
  • Maintain an organized work area and promote a safe working environment within the Repack department.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
