Job Title: Hardgoods Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hardgoods Sales Associate to join our team at Sportsman's Warehouse in Everett, WA.

Job Summary:

The Hardgoods Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with processing and replenishing merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Assist with processing and replenishing merchandise, including receiving and stocking inventory.
  • Communicate customer requests and concerns to management and assist with resolving issues.
  • Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, including assisting in other departments.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with customers and co-workers.
  • High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma recommended.
  • Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse required.
Physical Requirements:

This position involves a variety of physical activities, including talking, hearing, lifting, sitting, standing for multiple hours, and repetitive motions.
