Regional Float LPN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Float LPN to join our team at Sanatoga Center in Pottstown, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our skilled nursing centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour.
  • Full-time position with a minimum of two (2) shifts per week, including every other weekend.
