About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our float pool team at Montgomeryville Nursing&Rehab in Montgomeryville, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple skilled nursing centers within a geographic area, delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Provide direct patient care and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
