Job Summary

The Robison Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investigative Researcher to join our team. As an Investigative Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations of workers' compensation claims, liability investigations, multi-line insurance claims, and other investigative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations of claims, gathering and analyzing evidence to support findings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other investigators to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Testify to collected facts in court or other legal proceedings as needed.
  • Assist other investigators on challenging cases, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Make sound judgments during investigations and provide recommendations for future handling.
  • Upload surveillance video and other evidence in a timely manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Current and valid North Carolina Private Investigator license.
  • Self-motivated, determined, and intuitive individual with strong initiative and work ethic.
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
  • Demonstrated observational, organizational, and listening skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and possible evenings.
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and scanner or fax machine.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Proficient with digital camera.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driving license.
  • Pass an extensive background check.
  • Pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).
  • College Degree preferred.
