Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Right of Way Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates holding a Bachelor's degree, as it is an entry-level position within the job family.

Travel Requirements:
Travel is expected to be approximately 10% for site visits.

Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence three days a week, with the remaining days being remote.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects or a program area of projects within a collaborative team environment, specifically focusing on the successful execution of transmission line and/or transmission station initiatives. Key duties include:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of Right of Way (ROW) projects ranging from small to large scale.
  • Directing and managing right-of-way vendors, including both internal and contracted resources.
  • Providing guidance and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects safely and efficiently, ensuring completion within budget and on schedule.
  • Leading and coordinating with all stakeholders, including internal teams (engineering and other departments) and external entities such as regulatory and governmental agencies.
  • Building project teams, facilitating project kick-offs, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Conducting monthly meetings to review construction and bidding status, along with updating project cost budgets and schedules.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, engineering, project management, or a related field. A minimum of two years of relevant experience at the Project Manager level is preferred. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in various aspects of Project Management and/or Right of Way acquisition.
  • Familiarity with GIS Mapping systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of earned value management and project reporting.
