PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


The selected candidate will be a highly skilled security professional with proven experience in managing electronic security systems.

This role involves software updates while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Certification on the operating system of the Access Control/Alarm System is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to instruct others, are essential.

The candidate should possess knowledge of intrusion detection systems, locking mechanisms, personnel entry control systems, asset protection, and loss prevention strategies.

Experience in server management (both physical and virtual) is necessary.
Understanding of physical security standards is crucial.
Act as the primary contact for the access control system.

Familiarity with alarm monitoring, intrusion detection, alarm annunciation/command and control subsystems, sensors, and CCTV systems (both interior and exterior) is expected.

Responsibilities include administration and maintenance management.

The candidate must be capable of independently operating, inspecting, diagnosing, and performing minor repairs on system issues, taking prompt action to rectify malfunctions.

In-depth knowledge of all hardware and software operating systems is required, including the maintenance of all systems, linked sensors, and configurations from front-end to end users.

Oversee and validate all work performed on the system and ensure all additional equipment and capabilities installed are certified.

Provide technical diagnostics for escalation as needed.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be willing to undergo the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background checks.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Certification in access control and CCTV systems is required.

Working knowledge of card access, security, and safety systems.
Proficient in PC usage and Microsoft applications.
Previous administrative experience is advantageous.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Security Guard license if applicable.
Training Certification and CPR/AED/First Aid Training Certification preferred.
