Position Overview
The IT Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in defining and implementing the comprehensive Digital Technology strategy for our manufacturing site. This position entails close collaboration with centralized Digital Technology teams and site leadership, representing Digital Technology in the management team. Responsibilities include overseeing all Digital Technology initiatives within the facility, ensuring effective planning, resource management, and problem resolution to achieve superior results. This role is primarily based on-site.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the portfolio of Digital Technology projects aligned with manufacturing objectives and broader digital supply chain initiatives.
2. Lead the Digital Technology function at the facility, developing and executing the site’s Digital Technology roadmap, including the introduction of new applications and promoting the adoption of Digital Technology systems.
3. Collaborate with site management to establish Digital Technology goals, strategies, and budgets that align with enterprise objectives.
4. Engage with users and application owners to enhance application productivity and value-added features.
5. Communicate the capabilities of the Digital Technology organization to benefit the site.
6. Prioritize projects effectively and manage expectations within the location.
7. Oversee the activities of various support teams to maintain the digital infrastructure of the facility.
8. Work with managed services providers to ensure support for site-specific information systems and environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders to solve problems and influence decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in managing Digital Technology resources, budgets, and return on investment analysis.
- Familiarity with major ERP and MES application suites.
