Position Summary:
The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor is responsible for leading the inventory control team. This role involves implementing cross-training methods and coaching team members to enhance productivity and ensure product integrity.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to: Inventory Control Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $65-70K annually
Classification: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Inventory Control Manager in recruiting and training warehouse leads.
  • Schedule and supervise warehouse lead personnel.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance reviews.
  • Develop policies and procedures for accurate inventory management across all warehouses.
  • Support the proper storage and organization of products in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory rotation processes.
  • Manage stock replenishment and inventory as required.
  • Ensure accurate placement of all stock within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate the transfer of materials between warehouses and departments.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create strategic plans aimed at improving warehouse efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Address routine equipment issues as they arise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Proficient in problem anticipation and resolution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Work Environment:
This position may require working in various temperature conditions, including refrigerated or frozen areas of the warehouse, as well as standard office environments. The role is physically demanding, involving frequent periods of sitting, standing, climbing, bending, crouching, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Regular lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds is expected.
