Job Overview:

BDO Digital is in search of a seasoned Senior Consultant to become part of our Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team, concentrating on NetSuite implementations. This position entails gathering requirements, documenting processes, configuring systems, and overseeing implementation for a variety of business applications, including finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Strategy, Requirements & Selection:

Identify requirements for both current and prospective EBA solutions Document organizational processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement Create future state alternatives for client evaluation

Solution Functional Design:

Craft functional solutions within ERP, HCM, and CRM frameworks

Consulting:

Recommend value-oriented solutions that align with client expectations

Implementation and Support:

Provide support for NetSuite solutions and oversee system configurations Address issues, defects, and change requests

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with five years of ERP system experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with seven years of ERP system experience

Experience:

Five years of experience in business process analysis Proven experience with NetSuite implementations is essential

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in business process analysis
