About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Carter's/OshKosh. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase customer loyalty, and drive sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention, to ensure a positive and productive store environment.
  • Performance Management: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with store management, associates, and customers to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail store management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
