Job Summary

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide personalized solutions, educate clients on laser hair removal, and promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Continuously analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions and driving innovation.
  • Utilize Financing Options: Proactively seek client reviews and referrals, and utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams in a commission-driven environment.
  • Exceptional Skills: Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities, strategic thinking, and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance, strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
