Job Summary
As a Staff UX Designer at Walmart, you will play a key role in helping the International team deeply empathize with customers, liaise across partners in Business, Product, and Engineering, and dedicate their collective creativity and execution to delivering experiences that bring delight to our customers, meeting them where they are. Your passion to serve and a growth mindset will make you a valuable member of this cross-functional team, owning and crafting effective designs from top to bottom.
About the Role
The right fit is a creative and strategic designer, passionate for building in the ecommerce space, who will jump in and make an immediate impact. As a Staff UX Designer, you will lead and drive the user experience design process, from conception to implementation, ensuring high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Conduct user research activities, interpret data, and apply insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineers to define product requirements and ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Experience negotiating business decisions and influencing product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years design experience or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, with a focus on strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to details, and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

Additional Information
Salary Information: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
