Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Good4U Crew Member. As a Good4U Crew Member, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of empowering our customers to experience health and wellness. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales floor team in achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash

• Support the sales floor team by assisting with sales floor tasks, such as processing transactions, answering phones, and handling customer complaints

• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment

• Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
