Job Summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations team as a Vice President, Operations. We are a company that challenges the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations (75%)
    • Establish a high-performing team culture through regular meetings, responsiveness, and accountability.
    • Develop and implement strategic and tactical operating plans to achieve market growth and retention goals.
    • Identify key strategic relationships and be visible in the market to ensure accessibility to all constituents.
    • Collaborate with support center functional areas and local operations staff to ensure smooth integration and implementation of services.
    • Act as a liaison between market operations and local radiologists to ensure high-quality service for patients and referring physicians.
    • Oversee the operational aspects of running centers, including planning, staff management, budget management, and customer service functions.
    • Establish operations initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and associate relations.
  • Financial Accountability (20%)
    • Identify and establish efficient processes and workflows to meet financial metrics.
    • Manage outside and internal spend to meet or exceed Market EBITDA.
    • Closely monitor revenue cycle functions and align with the Support Center to ensure payment for services rendered.
    • Work closely with service line leaders to manage staffing, scheduling, and operational expenses.
    • Identify growth areas and expansion opportunities within the market.
  • Leadership and Culture (5%)
    • Demonstrate knowledge of and support for the company's mission, vision, values, and code of ethical behavior.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, management, or finance or a related field.
  • 10 to 15 years of demonstrated success in management and collaboration of a sales force in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of the provider, payer, and employer communities.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance.
