Job Description

As a Program Manager for New Business Initiatives and CAPEX Projects at Peter Cremer North America, you will play a key role in driving top-line growth by facilitating new business initiative management across the North American organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
  • Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel and confer with them to identify and resolve problems.
  • Develop implementation plans, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan, monitor project milestones and deliverables, and negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
  • Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies, plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines, and prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar program management role, focused on new business initiatives, or a combination of sales, operations, or engineering experience.
  • Desirable: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and previous experience working in the Pharma, Food, or Chemical industry.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods, often standing or sitting.
  • Able to repeat motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to conduct work tasks.
  • Able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like on an occasional basis.
