Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process a wide range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential fraud risks, adhering to established operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on Capital One products and services, using this knowledge to educate customers and promote our offerings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree.
  • 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience.
