The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring that we meet our quality and production standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, direct, and develop subordinates to meet operating, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Supervise production staff to ensure product quality and integrity.

  • Support and promote the company's annual goals through effective planning, communication, and coaching.
  • Develop and implement new ideas and methods to improve production efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with industry-accepted procedures, including HACCP, SPC, and plant efficiency.
  • Proven track record of leading people and achieving results.
  • Ability to organize multiple protocols and complete tasks on schedule.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

The Production Supervisor will work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to wet and moist floors, temperatures, and chemicals. The ability to wear and use protective equipment is required.
