Job Summary

The PC&L Specialist is a key member of the Production Controls and Logistics team at BorgWarner. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and inventory throughout the facility, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and material movement
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Provide support for part change management and SAP entries as needed
  • Communicate effectively with teams and leadership to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist in training and educating employees on inventory management and material handling procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced industrial lean environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed
Working Conditions

The PC&L Specialist will work in a fast-paced industrial environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time is required.
