Development Associate, Gift Agreements and Namings

The University of Texas at Dallas seeks a highly skilled Development Associate to manage the workflow for agreements documenting major gifts and naming commitments from generous donors. This role collaborates with fundraisers, senior leadership, and the UT System to ensure agreements are drafted, reviewed, approved, and signed. The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality while working individually and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include serving as the initial point of contact for fundraising staff and faculty, initiating and coordinating agreement/naming workflow, and documenting progress. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, one year of administration experience, and strong skills in relationship building, organizational management, and attention to detail.
