Position Summary

The Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships within the assigned territory. This position focuses on promoting a groundbreaking therapy aimed at alleviating migraine symptoms for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase sales in the designated territory through effective customer engagement.
  • Utilize both in-person and virtual interactions to connect with healthcare providers.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to territory needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, adapting to evolving digital engagement tools.
  • Analyze internal reports to identify and capitalize on strategic business opportunities.
  • Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions and disease state information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional sales, marketing, or relevant healthcare roles.
  • Must reside within twenty-five miles of the territory border.
  • Valid US driver's license and compliance with driving record standards.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales.
  • Proven track record of sales success and strong territory management skills.
  • Familiarity with migraine-related therapeutic areas and products.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare markets and key stakeholders.
