About the Role

The successful candidate will have outstanding leadership skills and experience in managing a team in a business setting or healthcare environment.

Duties will include sales and marketing, client relationship management, schedule coordination, employee supervision, and grassroots community programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell in-home care services to clients and referral sources, handle inbound leads, and develop grassroots community programming.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and their families, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Schedule Coordination: Review and coordinate schedules for field technicians and caregivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Employee Supervision: Supervise and train employees, including field technicians and caregivers, to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Management experience in a business setting or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • High level of computer knowledge.
