Job Summary:

Aloft Newport on the Levee is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, and delegate tasks as required
  • Perform bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as needed
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
  • Provide exceptional service to guests during their stay
  • Reconcile credit card transactions, financial records, and cash drawer activity

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred
  • Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required
  • Flexible overnight hours are required
  • Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred

Compensation: Hourly
